MTZ has a substantial strategic asset base in Montana. MTZ holds over 135,000 acres of land, with highly scalable conventional Shaunavon Oil and Eagle Gas exploration and development potential, that is low risk, low cost and economic at current prices. A core 50 square mile area of this land has 13 Shaunavon prospects and a base reserve potential of up to 40 mmbbls. MTZ also has proprietary rights to more than 80 square miles of 3-D. With a completed merger between MTZ and Gale Force Petroleum Inc, MTZ has a clean balance sheet other than notes and trade payables.

Mr. Selby has more than 30 years of involvement in all aspects of the oil and gas industry. Mr. Selby was employed with Chevron Standard in Alberta and in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and practiced law with two major legal firms in Calgary for ten years prior to pursuing independent professional and investment activities in August, 1994 as President of Selby Professional Corporation. Mr. Selby serves on the Boards of several public and private companies related to the oil and gas industry and the provision of technology to that industry.

Donald E. Foulkes B.Sc, P.Geol.

President, Director

Mr. Foulkes has over 41 years of oil and gas experience with public and private companies in Canada, the United States and internationally. Prior to joining Montana Exploration, Mr. Foulkes was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Causeway Energy Corp. from 1998 until its sale to Pan-Canadian in August of 2001. He is also a director of several oil and gas related public and private companies.

Donald L. Jackson B.Sc. (Hons), P.Eng., MBA

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Jackson has over 40 years of oil and gas experience in the founding and development of public and private companies in Canada. Prior companies include Superior Oil (Canada), Sienna, Petroventures, and Questar. He has been an independent management and petroleum consultant since 1997 with specific expertise in reservoir engineering, operations and resource evaluation.

Roger Baines B.SC, P.GEOL

Senior Geologist

Mr. Baines has over 40 years of exploration and exploitation experience in the Western Sedimentary Basin of North America and has spent the last 14 years with particular emphasis on Montana. Prior company experience includes Causeway Energy, Shell, Amerada, Northstar, and Andex.

Dale Stoodley

Operations Manager

Mr. Stoodley has extensive drilling, completion, and production experience in Canada and the United States. More specifically, he has drilled and managed hundreds of wells in Montana on behalf of Montana Exploration and other clients. He is a Petroleum Technologist with over 31 years of experience in the oil and gas industry including 14 years in Montana. Prior company experience includes Causeway Energy, Enron, Ocelot and Andex.

James W. Collins MBA

Mr. Collins is an independent businessman and corporate director. He is Chairman of Rioco Corp. Real Estate Services, LLC, McCallen, Texas, a commercial brokerage, management and investment real estate corporation. Mr. Collins is also President of Mayfair Properties, LLC, McCallen, Texas, involved in real estate, oil and gas, agri-business and investments. Prior to this he was Corporate Secretary and Assistant Vice President, Sunshine Mining Corporation, Dallas, Texas, a Corporation with interests in silver, mining, oil and gas and manufacturing. Mr. Collins serves on the Board of Directors of several corporations and institutions, and was previously on the board of both Causeway Energy Corp. and Bushmills Energy Corp. He achieved an MBA in Finance, Accounting and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.

Michael J. Hibberd BA, MBA, LLB

Director, Audit Committee Chairman

Mr. Hibberd has extensive capital markets and mergers and acquisitions experience. He spent 12 years with Scotia McLeod Inc. in Toronto and Calgary and was Senior Vice President and Director in corporate finance when he left in early 1995 to form his own corporate finance advisory business. Mr. Hibberd serves on a number of public company boards including Heritage Oil, Canacol, Pan Orient and Greenfields and acts as an advisor to a number of Calgary based companies with North American and international oil and gas operations.

Julian McIntyre

Mr. McIntyre is the founder and principal of McIntyre Partners and founder and former principal of Gateway Communications Group. He is a former Deutsche Bank Investment Banker.

Allan Bezanson

Director, Audit Committee Member

Mr. Bezanson has been an Interim President of Range Energy Resources Inc. since September 7, 2012. Mr. Bezanson has been a Managing Partner of Cornerstone Capital Partners since February 2010. Mr. Bezanson served as the President and Partner of Oballan Capital and Osprey Capital Partners. He began his career in Calgary, where he developed deep energy industry experience, structuring, financing and leading domestic and international mergers and acquisitions for Nowsco, including postings in the Netherlands and Guernsey. Mr. Bezanson served as Managing Director of Nowsco (IFC) BV, where he structured and financed the international operations of Nowsco Well Service Ltd. Prior to Oballan, Mr. Bezanson was the President of a fixed income arbitrage hedge fund, based out of North Carolina and Barbados. Prior to joining Osprey Capital in August of 2005, Mr. Bezanson ran his own boutique advisory firm, Oballan Capital. In 1992, Mr. Bezanson became chairman of the board of Bluewave Energy, and embarked on a roll-up of other energy distribution businesses including the downstream distribution assets of Shell Canada. He served as President and Partner at Phoenix Research and Trading, and President of Protec Trading Inc. until 1997 when he formed Oballan Capital. He has been a Director of Hawkstone Energy Corp. (also known as Range Energy Resources Inc.) since April 4, 2011 and Brilliant Resources Inc. since October 8, 2013. He serves as Director of iLOOKABOUT Corp. He served as a Director of Longford Energy Inc. since August 8, 2012. Mr. Bezanson has a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie.
