The majority of the Company's assets are located in Blaine County, Montana, an area where our team has developed considerable expertise over the past ten years. Our Montana subsidiary, ML&E has been the most active driller in Blaine County and ML&E has accumulated a substantial land base, large developed and undeveloped gas reserves, and ownership in an extensive gas gathering system.

Canadian assets are focused primarily at Viking Kinsella, Killam and Cardiff, Alberta which produce approximately 500 mcfd. These interests constitute a steady source of cash flow with significant development potential at Viking Kinsella.
